These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Brana Biomedical Engineering & Technology PLC ("Brana Biomedical," "we," "us," or "our") at branabiomedical.me (the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What this Site is for
The Site describes the medical equipment maintenance, installation, calibration, training, and wholesale supply services we provide to hospitals and clinics across Tigray and Afar, Ethiopia, and lets visitors request a quote or get in touch. It is informational — using the Site does not, on its own, create a service contract between you and Brana Biomedical. Any actual maintenance, installation, calibration, or supply engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement between Brana Biomedical and the client, on terms negotiated directly with our team.
2. Service inquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form, requesting a quote, or otherwise reaching out through the Site is an inquiry, not a binding order. We'll respond using the contact details you provide. Please make sure the information you submit (name, phone, email, facility, and message) is accurate, since we rely on it to get back to you.
3. Intellectual property
The Site's text, layout, graphics, logo, and photography are owned by Brana Biomedical or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal or internal reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our branding, content, or photography for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't use the Site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Site's normal operation, or scrape or harvest data from the Site for purposes unrelated to evaluating our services.
5. No warranty on Site content
We keep the Site's information about our services, projects, and service areas up to date to the best of our ability, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Site content is not a substitute for discussing your facility's specific equipment needs directly with our team, and does not itself constitute biomedical, engineering, or safety advice for any particular piece of equipment.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to our social media pages (currently Facebook and TikTok). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brana Biomedical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This doesn't limit any liability we take on under a separately signed service agreement for actual equipment maintenance, installation, or supply work.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tigray Region, Ethiopia.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our services. The "Last updated" date above shows when the Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
